Heartical Vibration Crew Glory to word, sound and power as the 'Vibez Family' step militantly into the 'Chant Down Bablon' spoken word documentary on 9/20/11. This project is our second presentation in our roots radix saga. We now have the chance to glorify the revolutionary poets time did not allow us to highlight in our inaugural broadcast. Great revolutionary poets such as Mutabaruka, Oku Onoura, Linton Kwesi Johnson and Mikey Smith along with the last poets were promoted in the first show. The legacy of the griot, jalicunda and word sound and power messenger is a crucial dimension of Afrikan culture. Bringing social commentary, bloodline and geaneology of the ancestors to the 'Blakk Nation'. While this art form is evident in virtually all parts of the diaspora in Jamaica the phenomenal development of 'Dub Poetry' along with spoken word has resulted in 'Jahmekya' manifesting a pioneering role in the formulation of militant spoken word.

Heartical Vibration Crew Apologies out to the family for not posting last week show, had some technical difficulties in the studio and the show was not recorded. Last we honor the fire man Peter Tosh. This week show is another powerhouse full joy.
One great thing about Jah ‘muzik’ when it hits you feel no pain. The ‘vibez’ liberation ‘movemant’ visits the new phenomena of talented Rastafarian rootz radix bands exploding unto the global ‘muzik’ scene in the past seven years.’Band of Revolutionaries’ is our 10/25/11 presentation to the ‘Heartical Nation’. Originality in message, fresh ‘riddims’ along with a thriving live ‘muzik’ setting for live bands has contributed to this much needed eruption of talent. In March of 2011 Dubtonic Kru succesfully won the Global band contest in Malaysia. A first for a Jamaican reggae band and further proof that the world is begining to take note of this new phenomena. Fundemental to this revolution has been the vision and support of the former lead singer of the ‘Mystic Revealers’ Billy ‘Mystic’ Wilmot. Billy Mystic has created a rootz live setting on his property in Bull Bay – St. Andrew and produced an ongoing series of shows month to month for five years consequtively known as ‘Jamnesia’. This has allowed rootz radix bands to hone their performing talent before an appreciative audience. For many years rootz Rastafarian bands in Jamaica were not being booked for shows or given performance opportunities despite their talent being progressive. As a matter of ‘raspect’ we play a classic Mystic Revealers in honour to the contribution of Billy Mystic who has clearly mentored many of these artistes on a musical level also. Amongst this generation the humble yet militant ‘Rootz Underground’ leads the way. They constantly big up the other creative bands in ‘outerviews’ but the quality and ‘itez’ of their recordings only validate their tremendous ability. In this context we have integrated a few of their ‘ruff and tuff’ selections to introduce the massive to their prolific ability.

Heartical Vibration Crew Greetings heartical family due to circumstances beyond our controll the beat down babylon radio show was not recorded. Please accept our humblest apology. We have still included the outline for those who are interested.
Bravehearts we move forward with ambition carrying the might of the trinity as our ammunition. Our ‘Beat Down Babylon’ project once again brings solutions to a controversial issue in the Afrikan community and throughout the diaspora – police brutality. ‘Beat Down Babylon’ will be presented on 10/11/11. The intensive level of police harrasment alongside racial profiling continues to generate intense concerns in the Afrikan community in america. Statistics show that close to 41% of Afrikan adolecent youth receive some time of criminalized arrest/charge that is shaped by racial profiling. Where as white youth in the teen/adolecent categories have figures of less than 5%. Federal statistics from the FBI also demonstrate that once court records criminalize Afrikan youths it impacts up on their legal standing right into their adult years. Clearly this is an area Afrikans need to organize, centralize and mobilize for our communities safety. Horrific killings over the years along with severe police beatings continue to go unprosecuted in the ‘criminal injustice’ system. Amadou Diallo, Yvonne Smallwood, Eleanor Bumpers and Rodney King are just the tip of the iceberg sadly the saga continues.
(1) One – Two Order – Jah V with spiritual fyah of enlightenment to establish the above information in the introduction along with the importance of awareness in relation to human rights. Parental education of youth and youth in the home environment on how to respond to babylonians in relation to tone of voice and responding to instructions. Securing important information such as name and badge number of officers who are involved in profiling/harrasment incidents. From a location of 10 yards or more anther loved one or citizen can observe an arrest if there are concerns of harrasment or profiling. Doing so without open aggresion is vital to establishing overstanding.
(2) Collective Security – vital importance of joining community action groups that advocate for protection from police racial profiling and harrassment. Exampled by the National Action Committe in Harlem. This facilitates Afrikans moving from being powerless victims to advocates for their communities welfare and safety. Through community social protection groups Afrikans can patrol local neighborhoods and educate youth and youth not only on Babylon brutality but engage at risk youth about risks in getting involved in street gangs as well as criminalized behavior. The Rasta Collective Security Project in Handsworth Birningham, England facing similar conditions as urban challenges in the United States has been able to guide youth towards positive behavior as well as protecting them from the babylonians.
(3) Power to the People – in extreme situations where the communities safety of the citizens is being violated by the babylonians the ‘conmanstution’ of ‘merrymaka’ states in the first ammendment the rights of citizens to bear arms to protect themselves from unlawful searc and seizure. Doing this in a disciplined and organized manner in communities at severe risk is not unprecedented. In Crown Heights Brooklyn the Hassidic Jew community has it’s own community patrol system with citizens squad cars that make citizens arrest along with monitering police action. Naturally the the Blakk Panther ‘Freemind’ Party used this strategy in many Afrikan urban communities accross the United States in the 1960’6 and 1970’s. Strategically this is only necessarry in extreme scenarios and with the highest level of discipline and organization.
(4) Disarmament – in an ideal setting not a reality driven one then community groups can advocate for complete disarming of the society. Civillian and police. In Britain this worked in relation to lowering the volume of police killings and social homcides. Great Britain a nation of 57 million people has averaged 45 – 97 homocides a year compared to the United states Average of 20,000 – 30,000. This evidence shows a realistic example of disrmament in the 21st century and how it can result in reducing not just homicides but police killings. Advocating at national and local levels as a organized community response targeting senators and congressional ‘repre sentetheives’ at the federal level can potentially bring this strategy into the national spotlight in confrontation with the national Rifle Associatio and gun lobby. If Afrikans decide to arm themselves in large numbers as members of collective security groups disarmament might happen more quickly than some might anticipate.
(5) Evidence – The Colour of Guilt and Innocence – Steve Holbert. Nyahbinghi Order

Heartical Vibration Crew I&I ignite the imperial flame of justice as we put a ‘fyah’ pan babylon confusion. ‘Heartical Vibrationz’ step up into the presentation called ‘One Blakk Love’ broadcasted on 10/4/11. Livicated to the realization of a more loving and perfect union of unconditional love between Afrkan Queen and King. Spiritual healing tools for more effective communication, balance of power in relationships alongside fullfillment in sensual healing will be addressed.
The first minute of today’s program has radio commercials.
Please leave your comments let us know what you think.
(1) ‘Firm up the Trod’ – Jah V letting the people know the social context for the show. More than one in every two Afrikan marriages in ‘Merimaka’ are failing within three years according to the most recent federal census. This highlights the urgency of the issue of Afrkan male/female relationships in the context of family/relationship breakdowns in Afrikan communities accross the nation. Open effective lines of communication developed around the principle of power sharing becomes important in building a foundation for unity. ‘Reasonong time’ being established for Queen wombman and Kingman to reason on family and financial matters. Listening time manifesting correspondence on the premise that essential concerns expressed by each partner is done without interruption on times set aside for unity reasoning.
(2) Trust and ‘Raspect’ – sharing responsibilities equally and openly. Using this approach to build confidence in each other. Setting fair and practical goals on issues such as finance and home affairs. Openly identifying areas of difference without additional pressure to have partner change point of view. Allowing each partner to express concerns and vulnerabilities without judgemental responses. Accepting partners leadership in areas of strength without openly stating doubt allowing each party to buils confidence.
(3) Caress of Love – setting aside moments to spend quality time in loving intimacy. Couples meditation, caress and hold without intercourse, watching positive movie or listening muzik together. Cosmic Trod walking through park or beach together. Alternating love salute with each partner being the presenter and receiver in order to build reciprocity. Cooking healthy delicious meals for an intimate meal of love. Exchanging poetry/muzik or loving affirmations on a ‘strongly’ basis with a level of suprise included.
(4) Empowerment Goals – creating joint and individual goals for growth in relationships. Facilitating space for mutual and individual progress in relationship. Goals should be long and short term. When targets are acheived rewards should be shared and openly acknowledged. Space for individuality allowing partner to ‘fulltake’ in healthy activities that they ‘fulljoy’ doing. By establishing partners individuality relationship is strengthened for future growth and development. Each partner is able to spiritually enrich themselves by porsuing their passions. Conquering boredom and predictability in union.

Heartical Vibration Crew We had some technical difficulties, with the show, so the first 6 minutes of the recording is slightly distorted.
Jah Liveth ‘itinually’ warrior kings. Historic presentation of the Cimarron liberation tradition comes our way on 9/27/11 courtesy of the ‘Heartical Vibez’ revolution. Our project travels through Jamaica, Surinam and Brazil as we bring blazing ‘fyah’ to illustrate the guerilla war of liberation as our people fought for equal rights and justice from the begining of the Afrikan Holucast.
(1) ‘First Light’ – Jah V blaze up the fyah pan babylon as we define the maroon legacy. Maroon tradition represents free independent Afrikan communities throughout the diaspora that Afrikans who escaped from slave plantations manifested in order to revive the free societies our ancestors maintained in the Mama land. In jamaica early maroon communities existed from as early as 1512 in the central corridor of the island in places such as Mount Diablo, Juan De Bolas Hills and the Don Figureroa mountains. By 1740 Afrikans in Surinam had created free communities in the interion of the nation at the confluence of the comonewijne and marowijne rivers at a location called maroonage. In Brazil the great quilombos or free communities were established by free Afrikans from as early as 1540.
(2) Brazil – the great Quilombos or free societes were created by Afrikans in Brazil from the 1540’s culminating with the largest Quilombo known as Palmeras created near to the present day city of Recife in the north east of the country. This was a free society organized in accordance of Afrikan communal ‘livety’. Meaning land was shared equally and self sufficiency was maintained in food and water. For more than 40 years Portoguese colonialists were defeated in many significant battles by the Afrikans of Palmeras. There two most outstanding leaders were Zumbi and Ganga Zumba. Janda Zumba being the early master military stratefist who helped to establish Palmerias. Under Zumbi the community grew in population of 30,000 people. Not only did Palmeras becoming and unconquerable fortress but Zumbi restored and developed even more Afrikan traditions keeping the peoples identity alive. Zumbi was eventually captured and excuted by the Portogues nonetheless his date of capture is recognized as a national holiday in Brazil today known as Black Awareness Day.
(3) Surinam has a Cimarron tradition going forward to the 17th and 18th century. Afrikans defeated the dutch in 1740 resulting in the signing of a treaty of ‘freepeople’ at the historic place known today as moroonage. The facilitator of the treaty was a Jamaican maroon who had escaped to Surinam Adiyaba Basitone (also known as Boston) he taught the moroons of Surinam of the negotiation strategies the maroons of Jamaica had utilized. The moroons of Surinam maintained a a legacy of unity with the indeginous amarindian native community. The solidarity continues to this day with both communities showing maximum respect for the ecology and nature.
(4) Jamaica’s maroon legacy began as early as 1512 with the resistance struggle against the spanish colonialist. Pirates such as Francis Drake documented the presence of Afrikan Maroons from such time. The spaniards first used the latin word Cimarron to describe the Maroons of Jamaica. This word literaly transalates to mean warriof or wild ones. By the departure of the spaniards in the 17 century the majarity of the central highlands. Empress Nanny and her brothers Quaco, Kudjoe, Accompong along with Johhny developed marron communities from St. Thomas and Portland in the east all the way to St. Elizabeth and Trelawny in the West. A powerful Ashanti/Akan influence permuates Marroon culture in Jamaica both in language and rites of passage ceremonies. It was cudjoe who signed the freeman/woman treaty in Accompong in 1655. This established the Marrons of Jamaica as one of the first free Afrikan people in the western hemisphere. Vestiges of Cimarron culture such as the Abeng (Trumpet of gathering and sound of warning of the approach of enemies) are still actively used by present day maroons. Famous maroons such as Boukman Dutti who initiated the Hatian Revolution, Boston who moblized the Surinam maroons and Jack Mansong (Three finger Jack) all influenced the progression of Afrikan people in the struggle against genocide.

Higher ‘Itez’ in wizemind as the Heartical family studies the science of our divine ‘Blakkness’. In the ‘Iritical’ book of ‘livity’ the vibez nation trod into the broadcast known as ‘Melanin Power’ on 9/13/11. A great opportunity manifests for us to engage scientific evidence on the benefits of melanin.
(1) ‘Heartical’ Reverence – Jah V bringing forth the head cornerstone of knowledge to the nation by defining Melanin. Existing as a high concentration source of pigmentation in humanity. Melanin is also present in the cosmic dimension in relation to so called’darkness’ between planets and stars. Infact it is melanin that provides the prisim through which what we know as light becomes visible. Within the eyes the iris is also composed of melanin concentration. All human beings with the exception of albinos have melanin pigmentation levels. It is is however those humans of Afrikan origin which posses the highest concentration of melanin.
(2) Sun Power – Melanin facilitates the conversion of infra red/ultra violet (Blakk light) into life force energy. In Afrikan people this creates hightened energy levels when working in hot climates. Scientifically this proccess is known as ‘ high ultra conversion. Research from California State University throughout the last 40 years has revealed the powerful ability of melanin to convert heat and sunlight into high energy levels.
(3) Fountain of Life – melanin facilitates the slowing down of the aging process due to the high levels of anti oxidants within the texture of melanin. Challenges such as early wrinkling along with the potential development of melanoma or skin cancer are reduced with the presence of melanin pigmentation. By reducing melanin levels through self hatred based practices such as skin bleaching Afrikans actually increase there risk of skin cancer. Melanin scientific research also demonstrates that melanin also preserves hearing well into senior years at a high optimum level amongst humanity. It is actually the reduction of melanin levels that contributes to early hearing loss defeciences.
(4) Cosmic Power – Melanin research the University of California Los Angeles, Oxford University and Princeton now reveals that melanin is the substance that facilitates light in the universe. The most powerful levels of light are Blakk (ultra violet) and not white. These light systems as discovered by scientists have a primary make up of melanin. This demonstrates that energy in the unverse which travels at light years is composed by melanin. Therefor melanin is instrunmental not only to humanity but also to the interconnectedness of the universe.
(5) ‘I Search’ – resources on melanin that are scientifically ‘i searched’ and evidence based – Blakk man of the Nile – Dr. Josef Ben Yuchanan. Man, God and Humanity – Dr. John Jackson, Afrikan Origin of Civilization – Dr. Cheik Anti Diop.

Heartical Vibration Crew Victory through right knowledge and ‘overstanding’ is the mission for the ‘Vibez’ family in our ‘Hold a Meditation’ program on 8/30/11. This episode is a natural progression from our foundation broadcast ‘Higher Meditation’ on 9/13/10. Our emphasis was primarily on yoga now we are able to bring great light and glory to meditation techniques.
(1) Grounation – Jah V defines meditation to the massive. A system of holistic balance of energy in the body, mind and spirit facilitating a spiritual connection with our inner peace manifesting a release of stress along with distracting thoughts. Tonight we explore the linkage between meditation and the chakras. At this moment we can define the chakras as the primary energy centers in the body. They are also gateways to the transfer of energy from one region of the human temple to another. Resulting in bringing balance and endurance to humanity when holistic techniques such as meditation and yoga are utilized to manage this exchange of energy.
(2) Chakra identification – there are seven primary Chakras : muladhra (root chakra), swadishana(sacral), manipura(navel), aridhata(heart), vishuddda(throat), ajna(third eye), saharara (crown). The spiritual names for the chakras are from the sanskrit language of India. Chakra meditations are caled Mudras to generate life force energy to facilitate the opening of the chakras sounds are chanted bringing resonation to the chakra intended to be opened up for healing energy.
(3) Meditation techniques – muladhra – touch thumb and index finger(sound lam), swadishana – place hands in lap with palms on top of each other while tips of thumbs touch gently( Vam). Manipura – hands before stomach slightly below solar plexus cross thumbs (ram), Adrhata – sit cross legged let index thumb touch right hand on breast bone and left hand on left knee(yam). Vishudda – cross fingers on inside of hands let thumbs touch at top(AAm), Ajna – hands befor lower breast middle fingers are straight touching at top others are bent touching at upper two phalenges( Om). Sahasrara – hands before stomach ring fingers point up cross rest of fingers focus on crown (NG).
(4)Spiritual Frequency – Trancedental, mindfulness meditation techniques are two of the most populartypes of meditation that are used by both advanced and begining practiotioners. Trancedental combines managed breathing patterns that stabilize energy frequency in body. By focusing on breath practioner is abled to trancend distracting thoughts. Mindfulness meditation uses controlled breathing systems to build self awareness along with facilitatinh consciousness of the root sources of thought patterns. Meditation once more is universal along with being spiritual it is not religous. One can use techniques irrespective of religous faith. It involves no worship of any diety.
(5) Truths and Rights – Meditation resources – Healing Mudras – Sabrna Mesko, Chanting the Chakras – Layne Redmond. Meditation – Deepak Copra. Healing Sesion CD is being used in relation to it’s classic recognition as one of the greatest meditation cd’s ever created the fact that it is Afrikan centered also helps our audience to recognize that meditation is part of Afrikan heritage.

‘Plant Food’
‘Ital Ites’ Soul Revolutionists. More purification ‘fyah’ as I&I embrace the powers of Jah creation in the Plant Food project on 8/23/11. This program reveals the benefits of Chlorophyl on the health of humanity. Our holistic series on herbal healing with programs such as Healing of the Nation, Live Strong, Ital Livity, Healing of the Temple of Life along with Health and Strength can be identified as the precurser to the current broadcast.
This is the unedited version of the show. It will be taken down in a week and the edited version will be available in the archives. Full-Joy….
Please leave your comments we want to hear how you feel about the vibez. If like the vibez then like us on facebook.
(1) ‘Set It’ – Jah V – articulates the above in formation along with defining chlorophyl. Identifying it as source of green pigmentation in plants most pronounced in green vegetables. It has a high level of oxygen which in turn has a positive impact on the iron level in the haemoglobin component of red blood cells. Chlorophyl as a healing substance has a direct and indirect effect on all nutrition whether plant or animal based. As even humans who eat animals do so in the context that many animals such as cows are vegetarians who eat green plants with chlorophyl.
(2) Cleansing Resource – Chlorophyl has the capability to cleanse dialysis organs such as Kidneys, Liver and Gall bladder due to it’s high level of oxygen content. This facilitates chlorophyl removing metallic based toxins such as lead based or mercury based substances from the blood and internal organs. This is vital also for the children in their oral phase when they are more prone to encounter lead paint based products in the houshold environment. Juicing green vegetables for green vegetable drinks are important in immune system health for children.
(3) Prevention – chlorophyl has powerful anti oxidant level ensuring that certain high chlorophyl plants such as broccoli, green tea, callaloo, spinach and string beans have potent cancer fighting ability. Chlorophyl in raw food form preseves a higher level of content. This is best facilitated by consuming organic green vegetables properly cleansed. Cooking of course eliminates a portion of chlorophyl from plants.
(4) Purify – Chlorophyl also cleanses and removes body odours from human cavities due to toxic wasre build up. Assists in removing constipation from the intestinal cavity along with colon. The purifying properties of chlorophyl can also assist with protecting colon from damage along with cleaning toxic metallic residue.
(5) I Majesty Documents – Miracle Benefits of Chlorophyl and Raw Honey – Dr. Rodgers, Benefits of Chlorophyl – Dr. Hull.
